I feel like life is always nutty in one way or another. Staying healthy is a must to keep up with it! As a kid dancer, a high school swimmer, then a gym rat, and now an at-home weight lifter, staying active has always been a big part of my life. Along with being active, planning and preparing colorful, healthy meals to support active efforts most days is a non-negotiable. Today, as a Beachbody Coach, I can help you create a plan that creates consistency and flexibility.
